TRAVEL ITINERARY 

Day 1:Hanoi – Lan Ha bay – Tuan Chau Marina – Tra Bau (L/D)

  • Activities:Hanoi Hotel pick up, embark the speedboat transfer to the main ship, check-in Dora cruise, enjoy lunch, kayaking or swimming in Tra Bau, join cooking class onboard, savor dinner, relax and overnight
09.00 – 09.30: Pick up at your hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter ( If you book our limousine bus/ regular private car)
12.00 – 12.30: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor
12.30 – 13.15: Transferred by speedboat to Dora Cruise. Welcome to Dora Cruise and enjoy welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines.
13.30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay
– Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor where belonged to Cat Ba area.
14.30: After lunch time, check in and rest.
15.30 – 17.00: Do the kayaking and swimming at Tra Bau area (the background of “Kong Skull Island movie”) or use Jacuzzi (Located prow of 4rd deck)
Notice: Short close or swim suite, flip flop is suitable for kayaking.
Reception Provide: Life jackets; Towels, Dry bags (keep Camera, cellphone to take picture)
Meeting point: The Reception (The back of the second Deck)
17.30: Come back to our Dora Cruise and participate in our sunset party with fruit, cake and wine. Take photos and relax.
18:00 – 18:15: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Dora Halong Cruise.
You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam.
19:00: Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and Vietnamese typical food on the cruise.
21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, listen to music, squid fishing, relaxing and overnight on the Dora Cruise.

Day 2:Lan Ha bay – Dark and Bright Cave – Tuan Chau Marina – Hanoi (B/L)

  • Activities:welcome a new day with Tai-Chi Class, serving light breakfast, visit Dark & Bright Cave, back to the main ship, check-out Dora cruise, enjoy brunch, disembark in the marina, back to Hanoi
07.15: Early morning sun risers can enjoy Tai Chi lesson on sundeck.
07.45: Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have light breakfast.
08.45 – 10.00: You will be at reception to go visit Dark & Bright Cave by the tender (the transfer boat) to the small floating house and there you can have opportunity to explore the cave on local bamboo boat (rowing by the locals). Enjoy the peaceful morning on the beautiful scenery surround you.
Or You can stay on the cruise for relaxing.
10.00: Come back to Dora Cruise and check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.
10.45: Check your cabin out. Please put your luggage in front of the door and return your room key to the receptionist, take good care of your important belongings.
11h00: Have lunch at the restaurant
12h00: Leaving of Dora Cruise get on the transfer boat back Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:30 – 12:45: Return to Hanoi
14.00 – 14.30: Stopover in Hai Duong province to relax.
15.30 – 16.00: Arrive in Hanoi. End your trip

Children and Extra beds:
– Free of charge for one child below the age of 5 years sharing bed with 02 adults. Limited one child per cabin only.
– Children from 5 to 12 staying on seperate bed and sharing room with parents: charged 75% adult price
– Children over 12 years old are considered as an adult.
Surcharges:
– Surcharge $50/pax on Christmas (December 24), and New Year’s Eve (December 31), and Lunar New Year

Cancellation by Customer:
– More than 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 20% of the total rates.
– 15 to 30 days before trip: 50% of the total rates.
– From 7 to 14 days before trip: 75% of the total rates.
– No refunds for cancellations 7 days before the journey.
* NOTE: Please note that SPECIAL OFFERS that customers agree with the Travel Consultant are not eligible for the general cancellation policy and have to work under certain conditions of each booking.
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
– Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (None of the services has been used): 100% refund.
– During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): Used services will be charged, the others will be refunded.
– The 3 days 2 nights trip is cut down into 2 days 1 night: Customers will be charged as much as 2 days 1 night trip, plus services that have been used. The others will be refunded.
