Day 1: Arrival Ha Noi – Overnight in Ha Noi 

Our driver will meet you at Hanoi airport and transfer you to your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

Day 2: Ha Noi city tour Overnight in  Ha Noi (B/L)

0800h -0830h – Guide will meet you at your hotel & you will depart to visit: Ho Chi Minh Complex: Completed in 1975 the complex contains Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, his former stilt house residence, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh museum. Next stop is a visit to the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius,

1200h – A delicious set menu lunch will be provided for you in a local restaurant.

1300h – Your tour recommences with a visit to the Museum of Ethnology which is widely acknowledged as the best in Vietnam and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. Then it is on to the Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake: The Ngoc Son temple is set on a tiny island on the Hoan Kiem Lake and was erected in 18th century.

The Old Quarter, also known as the 36 streets, is a bustling area of narrow streets home to literally thousands of small businesses and street vendors, selling a wide variety of goods. Originally each of the 36 streets names’ were related to the products being sold there. Hence you can walk from Fish Street to Tin Street to Bamboo Street and you will enjoy exploring the area while riding in a traditional cyclo.

1730h – Overnight in Hanoi

Day 3: Ha Noi – Ninh Binh – Overnight in  Ha Noi (B/L)

0800h – 0830h – Your day will start when your transport and guide meets you at your Hotel. Hao Lu is approximately a 2 hour drive through the countryside, 110Kms south of Hanoi in Ninh Binh province. Hoa Lu is the site of a 10th-century capital of an ancient Vietnamese Kingdom called Dai Co Viet.

1030h – Arrive in Hao Lu and visit Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Hoan Temples. Both temples were built in the 17th century and modeled on the original version of the buildings constructed in the 11th century and dedicated to two Kings from the Dinh Dynasty.

1210h – Lunch will be served in a local restaurant in Tam Coc.

1300h – Slowly becoming known as ‘Ha Long Bay on land’, the area around Tam Coc is home to some stunning scenery. The rugged limestone rock formations rise up from the lush green plain and reach skywards. Surrounded by paddy fields and dwarfed by the karsts towering above, you will slowly float down the river in a small boat rowed by a local villager. It is a serene, peaceful experience and you will pass through the 3 natural caves and enjoy the natural beauty of the area at a gentle pace.

1700h – Depart for your return journey to Hanoi.

Day 4: Ha Noi – Ha Long – Bai Tu Long Bay – Overnight on Cruise (B/L/D)

0730h – Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi and start the road journey to Halong Bay. Along the way you will enjoy the peaceful scenery as you travel through the countryside and farmlands of the Red River Delta.

1230h – Arrive at Hon Gai wharf where you will meet the Captain and crew and enjoy a welcome drink while you receive your cruise briefing and safety instructions before checking and being shown to your cabin. 1300h – A delicious fresh seafood will be served as the boat passes through many of the thousands of islands and islets within Ha Long Bay towards Bai Tu Long Bay and Vong Vieng floating village.

1530h – Drop anchor at the picturesque Vong Vieng floating village and visit local houses, fish farms, schools and have a chat with the friendly locals. You will have time for a swim or go paddling in a kayak on the calm waters of the bay before returning to the main boat.

1700h – Back on board, enjoy the sunset and continue cruising to Luom Bo where you will enjoy dinner and overnight on board the boat.

Day 5: Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi – Fly to Hue Overnight in Hue (B/L)

0630h – Enjoy your breakfast with a cup of tea or coffee while cruising on the bay.

0830h – Explore the mystery of Sung Sot cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Sung Sot or “Surprise Cave” is located on Bo Hon Island, and is one of the most spectacular and largest caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave is reached by climbing approximately 100 stone steps and the journey up allows some excellent views of the bay below.

0930h – Back on board you will continue cruising while you enjoy the stunning views of the Bay and relax.

1030h – Lunch is served on board while cruising back to the pier at Ha Long. Unfortunately, after lunch it will be time to check out ready to start your journey back the Hanoi.

1200h – Arrive Hon Gai wharf and after saying your farewells to the crew and new friends, it will be time to start the drive back to Hanoi.

1630h – Arrive to your hotel in Hanoi .

Free time until the car will pick you up from the hotel to Ha Noi airport for flight to Hue . Arrival to Hue airport the driver will pick you up and transfer to Hue hotel .

Day 6: Hue City Tour – Travel to Hoi An – Overnight in Hoi An (B/L)

Once the ancient capital of Vietnam, Hue is the home of several wonderfully interesting world heritage listed sites and the area has a lot to offer visitors. Although many historical sites were damaged in the recent war with America it is still a fascinating place.

08.00h – Your English speaking guide will meet you at the Hotel and take you on an interesting tour of the city and perfume river. You will visit the impressive complex of the Imperial Citadel. Built in the 19th Century and surrounded by high stone walls and moat, the Citadel was once the exclusive home of the Nguyen Imperial Family. It is similar to Chinas’ Forbidden City and is not to be missed. You will also take a cruise on the famous Perfume River and visit Minh Mang and Tu Duc tombs.

15.00: Pick up by private car and depart from Hue & transfer to Hoi An. Travel via Hai Van pass

1800h – Arriving Hoi An and check into your hotel.

Overnight in Hoi An

Day 7: Hoi An – Cooking Class – Overnight in Hoi An  (B/L)

0800h: Driver will meet you at your hotel and take you to your Vietnamese cooking class at a well known venue in Hoi An. After you have practiced your new skills, you will get to enjoy what you have cooked for your lunch.

Enjoy the rest of the day to yourself to self sitting around the pool, walking along the beach or catch the hotel shuttle bus into town to check on your new clothes.

1200h – 1800h: Please refer to your confirmation slip to arrange your 60 min Spa appointment.

Overnight in Hoi An

Day 8: My Son – Hoi An Ancient Town –  Overnight in Hoi An(B/L)

0800h: Start from your hotel and travel 50km from Hoi An to My Son holy land in a private air conditioned vehicle with your English speaking guide. My Son was a major religious site for the people of the ancient Champa Kingdom which flourished between the 4th and 13th centuries The Champa people ruled Central Vietnam until it was finally annexed by the Vietnamese in the 19th Century.

The Champa King lived in the political capital of Tra Kieu (whose commercial capital was the port of Hoi An) and so the My Son complex became the most important temples of the Champa Kingdom. Bricks were used to build the temples without the aid of mortar and sculptures of gods, priests, animals, and scenes of mythical battles adorned the walls. The temples were places of worship to the Hindu God Vishnu.

My Son was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999.

After exploring the ruins and history of My Son and viewing a short traditional Champa Peoples music concert, you will start your journey back to Hoi An .

Lunch in town .

After lunch Your English speaking guide will take you on a two hour walking tour of Hoi An Old Town. Famous for its quant mixture of Chinese, Japanese and European architecture, the old town was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1999. You will visit, the Japanese bridge built in the 16th century and famous for being the only covered bridge known to incorporate a Buddhist pagoda, the 200 year old Tan Ky house, museum of trade ceramics and several other historical sites.

Day 9 – HCMC – Flight to Ho Chi Minh  – Cu Chi tunnel – Overnight in  Ho Chi Minh(B)

In the morning the driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Hồ Chí Minh .

1300h – You will be picked from your hotel and travel out of Ho Chi Minh City to visit the famous Vietcong tunnels at Cu Chi. The incredible system of tunnels, covering nearly 250km, was shelter to over 16,000 communist guerillas during the American war. You will gain an insight into the tenacity of the soldiers and have the opportunity to go inside the tunnels.

1730h  Return to your hotel and overnight at the Hotel.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 10- Mekong Delta Day Tour -Overnight in Ho Chi Minh (B /L)

0800h – The day begins with pick-up at your hotel.for the Mekong detail tour .

During the ride, you will see many interesting sights that your personal tour guide will be able to explain. Once you arrive in the Mekong Delta you will begin your excursion, visiting a local riverside market, an authentic village with colonial architecture, a local pagoda, various workshops, and narrow lush jungle canals.

18.00h – Returning to your hotel in HCMC for overnight

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh – Flight to Siem Reap – Overnight in Siem Reap(B)

Your driver will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to Ho Chi Minh airport to board your morning flight to Siem Reap

Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 12 : Beng Melea Jungle Temple and Koh Ker Pyramid -Overnight in Siem Reap (B/L)

In the morning, you’ll rise early to transfer to Bakheng Mountain. Here, you’ll climb from the base to the top where an ancient temple resides. It is an ideal vantage point to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Then you’ll go to Beng Meleawhile the morning dew and fog still cover this Indiana Jones-esque temple. Wind through maze-like tunnels, swing on ancient tree vines, and chart your own adventure while you climb through this amazing complex hidden in the jungle.

Then you’ll travel to what was once the great city of Koh Ker, which was the capital before Angkor Thom. You’ll visit many temples, ancient pools, and ruins in the vast area. Then you’ll finish with a visit to the pyramid temple of Koh Ker. From atop, you can see much of Northern Cambodia.

Next, you will transfer to Sra Em for check in at your hotel. The evening is at your leisure.

Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 13 : Angkor Equinox Sunrise – Temples of Angkor – Overnight in Siem Reap (B/L)

In the morning, you’ll rise up before the sun to get to Angkor Wat Temple. From here, you’ll watch as the sun rises over the center tower of Angkor Wat. This special occasion only happens twice a year. Then you’ll be taken to an ideal location nearby for yoga.

You’ll return to your hotel for breakfast and a short rest. Later in the morning, your guide will take you to Angkor Thom’s South Gate. Here you’ll enter the capital of an ancient civilization that ruled much of Southeast Asia nearly a millennium ago. You’ll continue to Bayon Templewhere you will be surrounded by 216 gigantic stone faces famed as the Smile of Angkor. You will also visit the Terrace of the Elephants, the Royal Palace and the Terrace of the Leper King. After that, you will stop for lunch. After lunch, you’ll continue to an ancient Buddhist Monastery and University called Ta Prohm which was built in the Bayon style in the late 12th and early 13th centuries. Ta Prohmis one of the most attractive temples with its combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surrounding it.

After Ta Prohm, you’ll come to Angkor Wat Temple to explore the vast corridors, rooms, courtyards and levels of the largest religious site in the world.

As the sun approaches the horizon, you’ll perch atop Pre Rup’s pyramid-shaped temple for a stunning sunset view over Cambodian countryside.

Be prepared to enjoy a beautiful traditional dance performed by a team trained in the Dance of Apsara. This unique cultural experience highlights the mysterious civilization and heritage of Khmer spoken through choreography and music. Colorful costumes and playful activities will give you insights into the Khmer daily life and wedding traditions while you enjoy a delicious meal to welcome you to the Kingdom of Wonders. The rest of the evening is at your leisure

Day 14 : Siem Reap- Departure (B)

Free time untill the driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to to the airport .
