Hoi An, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1999, is also the home of two beautiful beaches where you can relax & unwind from your busy life.

Day 1: Hoi An arrival

The driver will pick you up at Da Nang or Hue international airport and transfer you to your hotel in Hoi An.

Overnight in Hoi An

Day 2: Hoi An Ancient Town – My Son (B/L)

0830h: Your English speaking guide will meet you at your hotel and travel 50km from Hoi An to My Son  in a private air conditioned vehicle with your English speaking guide. My Son was a major religious site for the people of the ancient ChampaKingdom which flourished between the 4th and 13th centuries The Champa people ruled Central Vietnam until it was finally annexed by the Vietnamese in the 19th Century.

The Champa King lived in the political capital of Tra Kieu (whose commercial capital was the port of Hoi An) and so the My Son complex became the most important temples of the ChampaKingdom. Bricks were used to build the temples without the aid of mortar and sculptures of gods, priests, animals, and scenes of mythical battles adorned the walls. The temples were places of worship to the Hindu God Vishnu.

My Son was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999.

After exploring the ruins and history of My Son and viewing a short traditional Champa Peoples music concert, you will start your journey back to Hoi An arriving at approximately 1230h.

After lunches we will  visit the Hoi An Old Town. Famous for its quant mixture of Chinese, Japanese and European architecture, the old town was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1999. You will visit, the Japanese bridge built in the 16th century and famous for being the only covered bridge known to incorporate a Buddhist pagoda, the 200 year old Tan Ky house, museum of trade ceramics and several other historical sites.

16.00h: back to your hotel

Overnight in Hoi An

Day 3: Hoi An – Cooking Class – Dinner Cruise (B/L/D)

0800h: Driver will meet you at your hotel and take you to your Vietnamese cooking class at a well known venue in Hoi An. After you have practiced your new skills, you will get to enjoy what you have cooked for your lunch.

Enjoy the rest of the day to yourself to self sitting around the pool

1200h – 1800h: Please refer to your confirmation slip to arrange your 60 min Spa appointment.

1845h: Transport will arrive at your hotel to transfer you to your 90 minute evening dinner cruise on the Thu Bon River. Your cruise boat has an onboard kitchen and bar and you can sit back and enjoy views of the old town while enjoying a set menu of local delights.

Over night in Hoi An

Day 4: Hoi An countryside tour (B/L)

08.00h: The Tour guide meeting you at your hotel and starting for the tour

We will start biking to the countryside, taking pictures about beautiful countryside views before getting arrived to Tra Que herb garden veggie village

You will visit around the village garden, meeting local farmers, listening to tour guide explained why it is called “Organic farm” and how it is consumed around Hoi An and local people. Joining into farming activities like: hoeing soil, using seaweed, transplanting and watering vegetable ….etc

Keeping biking to the rice paddy field throughout the shrimp farm, on the ways, taking picture about duck farms, shrimps farms, cows, birds, bamboo…

After say goodbye with the farmer we will driving to Cam Thanh Village , you will enjoying the view by the way and take the photos.

Arriving to the local house in Cam Thanh Ecological village, talking and sharing about the daily life and how to grow wet rice

Starting farmer work like plough and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farm, grinding rice, pounding rice, coking rice into a meal.

After lunch we will go to the Coconut Palm jungle, enjoying the basket boat demonstration performed by Eco-tour’s crews and visiting the water coconut palm forest.

Walking around the Eco-village and meeting local former guerrilla telling about his/her memory of history about the U.S/VIETNAM WAR from the period 1968 to 1972 between V.C soldiers and U.S Armies.

14.30h: Back hotel by car and overnight in Hoi An

Day 5: Hoi An – Departure (B)

Free time in the morning to relax or to do some last minute shopping until the driver will pick you up from your hotel to the airport.
